Your body works as one.
Your health should too.

Until now, your health has been managed in fragments.

You shouldn’t have to connect it all alone.

Clay gives you one dedicated team responsible for seeing how it all fits together and helping you act on what matters, when it matters.

A better standard for health

There’s no shortage of health information. There’s a shortage of knowing what’s right for you.

A swimmer in open water at dawn, seen from the surface.

Peptides. Supplements. Wearables. Diets. Bloodwork. Somewhere along the way, your pursuit of better health has become a health problem of its own.

Most healthcare measures you against a population average and calls it normal. But normal isn’t always healthy.

Clay measures you against you: your history, your biology, your goals. The question isn’t whether you’re normal. It’s what your body is capable of.

How healthy could you be?

Peak health as the new reference point.

Clinical range

Where do you stand medically?

Are you within established clinical standards?

Peak health

How much better could your biology work?

How does your biology compare with markers associated with higher levels of health and performance?

Your history

What’s changing in you?

How are your markers moving over time?

What we do with it

Your body’s potential sets the reference point.

Then we turn that into a plan you can act on: sleep, nutrition, training, medication or physician-guided therapies like HRT, TRT or peptides. Selected for your body, monitored throughout.

Five Elements.
Whole-body health.

Fuel, Heart, Brain, Body, Blood.

Each tells us something different. Together, they show how your health is working as a system.

We see what’s changing.

Your team

A Medical Lead listening with a stethoscope.

Medical Lead

Your licensed medical provider. Makes the clinical decisions in your plan.

Your Medical Lead is your licensed medical provider. They review your results with you at your Baseline Review and make the clinical decisions behind your Roadmap and 90-Day Plan, including which tests, treatments and referrals you need. They diagnose, prescribe and order what your care requires, within the scope of their license.

Health Guide

Knows the science. Knows your week. Holds you to the plan.

Your Health Guide knows how health is actually built, and gets to know how your life runs. They lead your Baseline Assessment, walk you through your Roadmap and 90-Day Plan and check in with you every month. They work with you on food, movement, sleep and stress. They tell you plainly what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to change, and hold you to your whole plan, including what your Medical Lead prescribes. They’re the one who reaches out first and knows you best, and if something goes wrong, they own it and make sure it gets fixed.

Clay Support

Your direct line to Clay. Scheduling, billing, referrals and follow-through.

Clay Support is your direct line to Clay. They handle scheduling, reminders and Baseline Assessment prep, specialist referrals, billing, your membership (including pauses and cancellations), orders, the app and your records, and they get your questions to the right person. When a message comes from your Health Guide or Medical Lead, Clay Support tells you who it’s from, and anything that needs their judgment goes straight back to them. Nothing gets dropped.

No relaying, no repeating, no reconciling.

No more connecting the dots on your own.

Peptides and hormonal therapy.

01

Sourced, not shopped

We work only with licensed, accountable suppliers we have vetted. No black market. No gray market. No shortcuts.

02

Never prescribed alone

Every peptide and hormonal therapy is calibrated against your biomarkers and everything else in your plan. Your Medical Lead decides what you actually need for health and performance, and adjusts it as your body changes.

03

Physician-led

Every peptide and hormone decision runs through your Medical Lead. Not a form or an algorithm.

If a peptide or hormonal therapy belongs in your plan, your Medical Lead will tell you. If it doesn’t, your Medical Lead will tell you that too.

Therapies are not part of your membership. When your plan calls for one, it’s billed separately.

Who is Clay for?

Clay is for adults who know their body is capable of more than their life currently asks of it. Members come to us already done holding it all together alone, ready for a team that knows them as a body and a life, and a plan that compounds over years.

What happens after I join?

Your first chapter on Clay runs across three steps.

Establish Your Baseline. A comprehensive biomarker profile across metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory, liver, kidney, thyroid, and micronutrient systems. Body composition and movement assessments calibrated to your profile. The full reference point against which every future change is measured.

Meet Your Team. Your Medical Lead, Health Guide, and Clay Support align on your goals, read your full picture, and build your first 90-Day Plan together.

Life on Clay. Regular Pulse Checks, Clay On-Call, and a 90-Day Plan that evolves as you do. This is how it works, for years.

What happens at the Baseline?

Your Baseline includes bloodwork, body composition, movement and mobility assessment, health history, goals, and your Five Elements assessment.

What makes Clay’s testing different?

Clay looks at more than isolated markers.

Your results are interpreted together and tracked against clinical standards, appropriate peak-health targets, and your own history.

What if I already have a primary care doctor?

Some Clay members keep their existing PCP. Most find they do not need to. Either way, Clay coordinates. Clay Support handles communication between providers when you want it.

What is Clay’s approach to peptides?

Peptides are powerful, and they are one of the most misrepresented categories in modern medicine. We do not sell peptides off a shelf. Your Medical Lead designs and monitors every protocol as part of a plan built against your Markers, your hormones, and the rest of your inputs, with sourcing from licensed compounding pharmacies we have vetted.

If a peptide belongs in your plan, your Medical Lead will tell you. If one does not, your Medical Lead will tell you that too.

What isn’t included in membership?

Medications, peptide and hormonal therapies, supplements, advanced diagnostics and specialist visits are not part of your membership. When your plan calls for one, your Medical Lead recommends it first, and it’s billed separately. We still coordinate every referral.

Can I use insurance?

No. Clay is a cash-pay membership. We keep your insurance information on file so Clay Support can use it when coordinating specialist referrals, covered diagnostics, or imaging outside the membership.

Are deeper assessments available?

Yes. Every membership includes your Baseline. Deeper assessments across the Five Elements (Blood, Body, Fuel, Brain, and Heart) are available as add-ons, brought into your plan when you and Your Clay Team decide one is the right next step.

What is the difference between annual and monthly?

The annual membership covers your full onboarding (Your Baseline, Meet Your Team, your first 90-Day Plan) at no additional cost. The monthly membership has a one-time $699 enrollment fee that covers the same onboarding, paid separately at signup. Either way, Your Clay Team, your plan, and the commitment are identical. You are choosing how to pay, not what you receive.

Is my data private?

Yes. Clay is HIPAA-compliant. All clinical data and direct messaging are encrypted and access-controlled. Your data is yours. We never sell it.
